Danielle Inglis is no stranger to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. The 35-year-old native of Whitby, Ont., has attended many national and international curling events over the years as Curling Canada’s social media and web content coordinator. Inglis is back at this year’s Scotties in Calgary, but in a far different capacity. Inglis is skipping Team Ontario after winning her first provincial title last month.

To no one's surprise, the Rachel Homan rink will be making their 10th appearance in Canada's national women's curling championship. But she'll be joined by the Danielle Inglis rink, which won their first ever provincial playdowns last month.

This year’s Canadian women’s curling championship returns to Calgary for the fourth time and first since the memorable 2021 Scotties that took place inside the WinSport Event Centre’s “bubble”. Here’s a look at the teams and the storylines heading into the Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
