Week actually, cold week before the start of winter where we had our little chance of snow every day pretty much it week. We are dealing with just some real comfortable conditions, this week. Outsideat it looks like, in philly, this is coming from our roof cam on top of Eyewitness News here and it is 39 degrees, with calm winds out there so we also dont have any casino every windchill factor for us this morning. Around the rest of the region, we continue to see those gulf freezing temperatures, even mount pocono, 29 couple of hours ago, now the freezing mark at 326789 so definitely not really ...
