Let me mention the 1986 bill and the fact that subsequent legislative proposals have had basically a similar formula legalization, empyer sanctions and forth. And weve seen these bills passed i one passed the senate 2006, the socalled comprehensive thing. 2007 the icoming and now allows Outgoing Senate majority leader harry reid screwed up the villa managed and not pass it in the senate in 07.
