My office is somehow single handedly blocking Community Choice aggregation. With those representing a lot of work being people in the Labor Movement as well as the voters time and time again rejected that idea as well. I know we disagree with that, but since there have been five questions all of the exact same subject, i felt compel to explain fully to you and the people of San Francisco what i think of this proposal and why i think the puc commission actively did what they did.
