Word of a bart delay. They are running about 15 minutes late leaving fremont bound for daly city because of problems with one of the maintenance trains. We also have delays now at the bay bridge toll plaza. We have been watching this accident. It started off as a twocar crash, was hit by a third vehicle and now there are injuries reported.
