A Sligo based artist is hoping that 2021 has big things in store. Kari Cahill extracts pigments and inks from the landscape to use in her paintings. Imagine it, colours extracted from land you hold dear - your favourite location, your hometown or where you got engaged - used to create a bespoke painting. A tangible connection to that environment.
