A Wisconsin strip club owner and his former manager have been charged with federal crimes linked to prostitution at their Dodge County strip club. A federal grand jury indictment, which was unsealed Tuesday, accused Radomir Buzdum, who owned the TNT strip club in Lebanon, and former club manager Timothy Miller of engaging in a prostitution conspiracy.
