Quite fresh in southern scotland and far north of england and rural wales first thing on wednesday. We got down to three degrees in parts last night. Wednesday dawns with sunshine and more sunshine to come. Thicker cloud to the north west will bring more rainfall to the highlands and the Western Isles i think.
