Kansas man pleads not guilty to crimes linked to the Capitol riot
Mark Roger Rebegila, of St. Marys, pleaded not guilty at a teleconference Friday to all four federal charges he faces linked to the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., court records show. The plea was heard by U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta, who scheduled a June 11 status conference in the case, which is also be held by teleconference.
