Armed police deployed after 'altercation' which left man with head injuries By Leanne Cooke Armed Police were deployed yesterday after a fight in Douglas left a man with head injuries. Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened in and around the area of Upper Dukes Road and St Ninian’s Road around 1am yesterday.   Authorities say the altercation was between  two local men, the one with head injuries was treated at Nobles hospital and his condition not described as being life threatening.  The man suspected to be responsible...
