We are continuing to follow breaking news out of thailand. eight boys and their soccer coach are still waiting to be rescued from the cave where they've been trapped for more than two weeks. so far four of the boys have been safely rescued, but oxygen tanks have been depleted and heavy rains have returned to the area and so the team of 90 divers is getting ready to go back in. nbc news chief global correspondent bill neely is on the ground near the site of the rescue operation. bill, this has been such a tense time. we had some good news with those initial rescues, but still so much to be do...
