County Commissioners Approve Tax Break For CNE Affordable Housing Project In Highland Park Wednesday, March 3, 2021 - by Joseph Dycus The Hamilton County Commission on Wednesday voted 8-1 to approve a PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) tax break on a Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprises project in Highland Park. CNE plans to invest $5.4 million in the 47-unit Mai Bell II at 1715 Union Ave. It will include six buildings.
