Military in the world. We certainly spend more on our military than basically the rest of the world put together but we dont know how to win wars. And it seems to me that there really has to be a Serious National Conversation as to why is that the case . Where does the fault lie . Is that our politicians are too stupid . Is that our generals are inapt . Is the size of the forces are too small or and this is my belief is that the fact that by its very nature war is unpredictable .
