The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed QB Jared Goff to a contract extension through the 2028 season. Additional contract terms were not disclosed. Goff enters his fourth season with the Lions after originally joining the team via trade in 2021. In 48 games played and started for Detroit, he’s completed 1,121-of-1,686 passes (66.5%) for 12,258 yards, 78 touchdowns and 27 interceptions for a 96.5 passer rating.
