A report submitted to a federal safety agency indicated more sections of the 303-mile pipeline that needed additional analysis.

WASHINGTON (WV News) — The expected in-service date for the Mountain Valley Pipeline project has been pushed back again, according to a recent federal filing.

A rupture of the pipe during pressure testing is the latest incident that has put nearby residents on edge.

Construction on the $6.6 billion project has been stunted for years, grinding to a halt more than a year ago. Now another construction season looms.
