Not guilty plea entered for woman police say was playing gaming apps before fatal crash
WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A 31-year-old Wisconsin Rapids woman charged with causing the death of a 68-year-old Chili woman by driving while playing gaming apps on her phone had a not guilty plea entered for her Wednesday. Elizabeth A. Zivney faces a charge of second-degree reckless homicide for the death of Deborah J. Johnson on Sept. 18, 2019. Zivney's attorney, Robert Gardner, said Zivney was giving up her right to a hearing Wednesday to determine if there is enough evidence to proceed with the case.
