Their dream house less than a year ago and spent their life savings. I picked this home for many reasons but those reasons will soon be gone it seems like. Its a private dirt road neighborhood across from a lush forest. The building will be here. Now set to become stony point a fourstory housing complex for homeless and disabled people. The neighbors fear safety issues and enough amenities. Im horrified. Others worry it will damage property values. What about people in this area like me. Were old. They cant afford this.
