Aaron Hall, 40, of 1559 Sulpher Run Road, was subsequently stunned with an Electronic Control Device (ECD) and transported to Geisinger’s Jersey Shore Hospital for a head injury he suffered when he fell to the ground. Chad Aldenderfer, a TVRPD officer, reported officer Tony Segura deployed the ECD when Hall allegedly became “verbally aggressive” and “began to take an aggressive stance” with officers, all the while refusing to follow officers’ orders. ....
