NORWOOD After numerous COVID changes and other unforeseen events the Norwood Village Green Concert Series has revised its plans for 2021 and is prepared to resume its mission of “impacting our home communities via inspiring and spirit-uplifting public outdoor performances,” says event organizer Joseph Liotta.
