California hit hard by massive winter storm-
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- The powerful winter storm continued to hit western U.S. state California on Friday, bringing heavy rainfall, snowfall and strong winds that led to road closure, flooding, power outage, among other damages.
Another winter storm is expected to hit California and the West on Friday, bringing heavy snowfall, high winds and enough rainfall to cause flooding.
A powerful storm has brought snow up and down the West Coast. “It’s not a weekend for the beach,” one Los Angeles County official said.
