GEAUGA COUNTY, OH Police officers have been called to help deliver babies before, as assisting in childbirth is part of the required training in many police departments across the country.
However, no one had to summon Geauga County Sheriff s Deputy Travis Goodwin, who helped a woman bring in a new life nearly a week ago. Goodwin came upon the situation on his own after stopping a car for speeding on Mayfield Road on Friday morning. ....
