READERS have been airing their views after an application to open a bar on Carlisle s Devonshire Street was submitted to Carlisle City Council. Proposals to convert the vacant Carlisle estate agents, and offices, were lodged on Monday for the Grade II listed premises. The property is 10 Devonshire Street, the former PFK estate agency, who has since moved to Rosehill Business Park.
