Here in the midwest. This has been a twoday storm leaving much of the country paralyzed. Blinding snow with wind gusts topping 35 miles an hour have created whiteout conditions in the plains in midwest. By midday, a halffoot of snow had already fallen in indianapolis. George cummings has been trying to keep the streets clear and safe all day. Were fighting a losing battle, but its still one were fighting. Reporter safety officials have issued mandatory orders to stay home and off the roads. Car accidents and fallen trees are to blame for at least six fatalities. Some areas are expecting nearly...
