BRIDGEPORT A Superior Court Judge is contemplating ordering the state’s attorney to turn over his criminal case file in a divorce case.
Judge Jane Grossman heard arguments Tuesday over video conferencing and has reserved her decision.
State’s Attorney Joseph Corradino has objected to turning over the file, contending that it could jeopardize his office’s prosecution.
Nicholas R. Hall, 26, of Wallkill, N.Y., is awaiting trial here after being accused last May of sexually assaulting two young Trumbull girls and with possessing nearly five pounds of marijuana in his car, police said. ....

TRUMBULL The Planning & Zoning Commission has cleared the way for a 260-unit apartment complex on lower Main Street, approving plans for the site by a 3-2 vote.
The three commissioners voting in favor, Chairman Fred Garrity, Tony Silber and Tony D’Aquila, agreed with town staff that the proposal met the requirements established in 2018 and helped secure the future of the town’s largest taxpayer. Commissioners Larry LaConte and Anthony Chory voted against the project during Thursday’s meeting. ....

TRUMBULL A well-known Bridgeport city employee and property owner is under scrutiny for hosting a massive party at his Trumbull home over the weekend that he confirmed drew local police.
