Olmsted Township trustee’s lawsuit heads to mediation Updated Feb 04, 2021; Facebook Share OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- The Supreme Court of Ohio has mandated mediation regarding a lawsuit filed last fall by Olmsted Township Trustee Larry Abbott against the Board of Trustees and the township’s fiscal officer. In his lawsuit, Abbott alleged that the fiscal officer didn’t produce requested public records in compliance with the legal obligation to do so.
