By: News 9 Turn Key Health, the health care provider for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, has rescinded its warning to terminate the jail contract after a hostage incident last month called into question the current working conditions and safety for the health care staff. In a notice sent March 29 to the jail administrator, Turn Key said the jail would need to increase staffing or the provider would terminate the partnership.
