Reporter the dogs nickname was psycho. And neighbors say he lived up to that name after charging at a Police Officer this morning. The dog has been impounded twice by animal control. His owner is under arrest. Day shot psycho . He is. Neighbors cant believe a notorious dog with a Bad Reputation was shot and killed by police.
