Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, welcomed in Mina on Wednesday on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz princes, Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti, religious scholars, Gulf Cooperation Council officials, ministers, military leaders and scouts from the Hajj. At the reception at Mina palace, Prince Mohammed congratulated citizens, residents and Hajj pilgrims on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

Hajj pilgrims began on Wednesday performing the Tawaf Al-Ifadah (circumambulation) around the holy Kaaba at the Grand Mosque, following the plans and procedures system set in place by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques and all other concerned authorities organized the entry of pilgrims to the Grand Holy Mosque in Makkah, according to the procedures to manage crowds in a manner that ensures their safety, security and comfort.
