Jordan and lebanon than inside of syria. You would see an implosion. Massive malnutrition rates, mortality rates through the roof. Most of the deaths now unfortunately are because of the war. We would probably see in terms of social indicators a much larger humanitarian catastrophe without aid. And i might add, obviously if possible we want to get our assistance to people in their homes so they dont have to flee. They need to be able to flee if they feel they have to.
