Tokens are expensive. Tokens comes out of hsas budget. So, we have a policy as to how tokens are distributed. They can be given for medical appointments. They can be given for leaving the Resource Center going to a shelter. They can be given for housing appointment. At one point when we looked at how much it would cost to give everyone two tokens a day, every 1,134 shelter folk times 2 tokens for .
