Three charged in Quakertown drug death Three Lehigh County residents are accused of giving a woman drugs that led to the her death in Quakertown earlier this year. On Monday, Cassandra Hope Mendelsohn, 31, Michael Breeland, 52, and Paul P. Barr II, 35, were arraigned on charges alleging they gave drugs to Barr's sister, Heather Barr, in May. Heather Barr died from fentanyl and methamphetamine toxicity, according to police. She was 37. Investigators said the fentanyl alone would have been enough to cause her death.
