An independent planning inspector has quashed a city centre school's hopes to build a plush new dining hall and classroom in its historic grounds.

We try to avoid long voids as it's not good for the properties to stay empty and it's sad to see them like that so they do come up. "So you need to get in touch with Savills and get on the waiting list."
