Scholarships for Franklin Park seniors Applications for the Franklin Park Community Scholarship are now available for any graduating senior who resides in the borough. Each year Franklin Park typically awards 10 $1,000 scholarships. One scholarship is awarded to a student pursuing post-secondary education at a trade or technical school.
