Afternoon and tonight and in some cases that could be steady to heavy rain for at least an hour or so this afternoon with some lighter rain on either side of it. There is still that flood watch that kicks in today at noon, doesnt end until 5 oclock tomorrow afternoon and this is because the combination of about an inch or so of rain combined with melting snow could give us a some poor drainage area flooding we think most of what were going the see is minor but still want to be careful driving or walking around.
