According to troopers, he was riding his bike last night along courtenay parkway. He had stopped, fallen off of on when he was hit. We have some video from last night, showing the scene of where it happened. Just talking to his sister in law a few minutes ago, she told me that he was homeless. He lived in a homeless camp.
