The United States is planning to provide Ukraine with electronic equipment that would converts unguided aerial munitions into "smart bombs," a report says.
US State Department is expected to announce the initiative on December 6 and submit it to Congress for consideration for up to 30 days.
NATO has promised to “stand for Ukraine” as long as necessary, saying Russia is using winter as a weapon of war by hitting energy infrastructure in Ukraine.
"We've overcome some significant headwinds...from transitioning out of Russia to record inflation and a strained supply chain," said the CEO of Raytheon.
