Sunday intensified the blaze which is far from contained. camilla burnal has more on this for us. so what wr do -- where do we stand at this point? >> reporter: the fire keeps growing and growing and weather is not cooperating. so the smoke has cleerped but it has gotten hotter and drier and so what we are left with is 489,000 acres already burned and containment still at 21%. we've not seen progress over the entire weekend. we're expecting an update from authorities but as of this moment, no progress. and that is what is making it so difficult. this fire has been burning for 26 days straight....

Clearly, a dynamic national policy and not a sectional or state-wise haphazard policy is needed when it comes to vaccination.
