Have been expelled from school to begin with. Reporter Johnny Torres was accused of taking part in hazing. Some j. V. Players held them down while others poked in the backside. Johnny publicly spoke here at a School Board Hearing on matters you believely addressed in closes session. We believe in him, hes a great kid, we believe in the fight. Reporter last night the county office of education overturned the expulsion and the family is considering filing a lawsuit. Meanwhile johnny has missed half the school year.
