The federal government is providing a $25.27-million loan to Valente Development Corp. to help build a 99-unit rental project in Tecumseh that will include an affordable housing component, Liberal Minister of Families, Children and Social Development Ahmed Hussen announced Monday
The town of Tecumseh is providing a $100,000 grant through its Community Improvement Program and some tax incentives over the next five years.
