Highland County commissioners Jeff Duncan, Terry Britton and David Daniels heard a presentation from Penny Dehner, executive director of the Paint Valley Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services (ADAMH) Board, at their Wednesday, May 26 meeting.
