CNN anchor Victor Blackwell sparred with Republican Texas Rep. Beth Van Duyne Monday over the relocation of migrants to liberal cities.

"Welcome to what we have been living with for years and why you have heard so many of us that are in border states speaking out against all of the illegal migrants that are coming over our border," Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-Texas) told Fox News on Sunday morning.
