Santa clara county salons were allowed to reopen but only for two days and stylists and clients wore masks and they set up partitions to separate work areas and some salons experimented with working outside. The new bill in sacramento would ease state prescriptions restrictions to allow salons to partially operate. Some things inside but then we could set up a waiting room and social distance and the clients could process outside.
