Proposal has to go toward ideas that had been put forth, plans that had been put forth, not the wall. Not the president s wall so this is a tough moment where hes thinking about this as a positive but its not looking promising. Hi e says he doesnt want another shutdown so hopefully after this ends and the deal is signed, what are his next steps . He might try an alternative route to get the wall funded. He can go back to the idea of creating a national emergency. But if you look at the one big lesson the president may have taken away from the Government Shutdown which was crippling and demoral...
