Al Rainey, of Walcot Green in Diss, had the bespoke Iroko gates installed at his home when he and his wife moved in 18 months ago to keep his dog safe from a nearby road. The 66-year-old said: “We heard a faint noise at around 9pm or 10pm on Sunday but didn’t think too much of it, and our view of the gates from the house would have been obscured.
