He pulled over in the southbound shoulder of i95, when another vehicle that was traveling in the southbound lanes left its lane hitting the police cruiser, then the trooper and the other car that he pulled over. Again, the trooper was rushed to baltimore shock trauma. The other two were taken to Howard County hospital.
