California authorities are investigating after a passerby found a baby wrapped in a plastic bag and left in a Los Angeles alley. Newsweek reports that police from the Los Angeles Olympic Division responded to a call a little after 5 p.m., to 7th Street and New Hampshire Avenue. When officers found the baby, they at first determined the age to be 26 weeks gestation.
