American population of women absolutely view it as a long term issue. and so, trump is only going to make matters worse. i think georgia is already favored for warnock. and trump putting his in the ring will probably make this something that will happen for warnock. alice, you agree? i do. look, i m from georgia. i know the people of georgia. i understand what s going in their heads right now. and i believe the runoff elections we had two years ago were lost in large part because of trump s involvement in that race. and he would be better served to sit on the sidelines. that being said, he will more than likely interject himself. and he can be helpful outside of the atlanta area and the very democratic areas. he can be helpful in parts of rural georgia to encourage people that may not feel the need to get out the vote. encourage them to get out and vote. and i ve spoken with walker campaign. they are happy to take help from anyone who can turn out ....

still work hard to not get him to do that, they were very interested in making sure that donald trump needed to announce, because it will absolutely affect the georgia election. at this point in time, you have trump who people are pushing back against, as alice pointed out, in fact in polling, 53% of americans say that 53% say trump should absolutely not run. 65% say he probably should run, but on top of that, you have this massive swing with roe, everybody is counted because they weren t looking at this as 51% of the american population, absolutely viewed as a long term issue, so trump could make matters worse, and is already favored for warnock and having the rain makes this probably something that will happen for warnock. alice, do you agree? i do. i m from georgia. i know people in georgia and understand what is going in ....

Make sure everyone had the opportunity to vote. in georgia, you can vote no excuse absentee voting 17 days early voting and election day. gave voters a choice and they responded. we had a very calm, smooth, well-attended, you know, good turnout election. and what can be expected with the runoff? that s happening in georgia, between senator raphael warnock and, of course, herschel walker? will that go smoothly? yes, it will. we ve been working with the counties. it s a tighter schedule. it s a four-week runoff period. ballots sent and people can request absentee ballots. that s happened and early voting starts right after thanksgiving, the monday after. five days early voting, election day and no excuse absentee voting. we expect more than likely half the voters will come back to vote. s in a runoff four years ago and know about 1.5, 1.6 people ....

At a serious disadvantage if this day is taken away from early voting, arguing it s democrats who would use that day to vote. warnock and the democratic party pointed in this lawsuit to comments made by secretary of state brad raffensperger and gabe sterling in the immediate after matt of the midterms in which they said that early voting could be as early as november 26. we reported that, in fact, here on cnn. since those comments were made secretary of state raffensperger has issued a memo to counties saying that that 2016 law prohibits them from voting on saturday. warnock is saying that that state law only applies to primaries and general elections not to runoffs. here is what they re saying in part of their lawsuit, saying here, quote, without temporary injunctive relief plaintiffs members and constituents will be deprived of the right to vote during the advanced voting period permitted by georgia law. immediate and effective relief is essential to protect against that irreparable ....
