That weather threat continues for millions-of-americans. let s get the forecast now from lonnie quinn at wcbs tv in new york. lonnie, who is in the path of danger? there are two types of danger. it goes from top to bottom. let s start off by going south to the gulf states. we have tornado watches and warnings in louisiana, mississippi, alabama, parts of tennessee, as well. by midnight or so, things will start the calm down a bit for you. but until then, keep your eye on the sky. the northern tier of this system is about the frozen precip, and we do have winter weather advisories anywhere from nebraska all the way into massachusetts. as this storm system pushes toward the eastern seaboard, it is going to be transitioning. here s the problem: it s not going to be just snow. it s going to switch over to some ice and some sleet, as well. the way we see it working out, this is 7:00 a.m., you got the look, norah, at that pink color. that shows you icing anywhere from rhode island into conn ....
