Suspect in high-speed chase faces long list of allegations VALLEJO — The man who led law enforcement agencies on a high-speed chase Wednesday down westbound Interstate 80 has been identified as an Oakland resident who was at “the center of several investigations that spanned three counties.” Webster Johnson, the Solano County Sheriff’s Office reported Thursday, is suspected in crimes that occurred in Solano, Contra Costa and Alameda counties.
