You can protest. if the police did anything wrong in that situation, if they re being overly aggressive, that needs to be looked at. but it can be very frustrating if you re protesting and you re blocking people s way and taunting police. joey, quick final word to you. ultimately i think what happens is that the judge s rulings clear the way for what we re going to see at trial. we know of course the state s attorney is going on, she will be presenting the case. we know there will be six separate trials, that complicates it. the final way is this. it will be prohibitive for one officer to come in and testify against another. why? because i have a fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination. so obviously it is going to be very difficult for the prosecution in that aspect to try to pit one against the other, at least in terms of calling them to testify at trial. this is just the beginning of this. thank you so much, joey, deray, ....
